Polar do it yourself Custom-Cut sauna is delivered in cut-to-length boards, requiring a little more work than assembling a prefabricated sauna. These sauna kits are intended for permanent installation. You need to provide a frame for the room, install insulation, attach the vapor barrier, and nail the interior paneling in place. If you have a special design or an odd shape room, a custom-cut sauna is the right choice for you. The indicated sauna size is the interior sauna dimension from your wall frame to wall frame. These dimensions can be anything you want.

CC-Custom-Cut sauna rooms include cut to length 1/2" x 4" tongue and groove clear Western Red Cedar boards for interior walls and ceiling. Aluminum coated paper vapor barrier, trim, pre-built Cedar benches and supports, pre-hung Fir door with 12" x 60" window, wooden duck board flooring in the sauna walking area, thermometer, heater guardrail, wooden pail with plastic liner, ladle, wall light, headrest, hardware packet, and Polar heater with sauna rocks.
