You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. Since wooden parts cannot be warranted against wear and tear, the manufacturer's limited warranty only applies to the electrical heater.
Shortage claims must be made to Saunastore within 14 days of delivery.
You must read and follow the assembly instructions carefully, use proper tools and wear protective gear. All electrical connections and wirings must be made by a certified electrician or your warranty will be considered null and void.
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, you must obtain a written statement from the delivery truck driver explaining the extent of the damage. Report any shipping damages to Saunastore sales staff immediately but no later than 3 days from delivery and explain the extent of the damage. Please send digital pictures of the damage if possible.
We will be glad to send replacement parts free of charge for any pieces that have been documented to have received shipment damage which has made the parts unusable.
Requests for returns must be made to Saunastore, LLC within 14 days of delivery and by using this form.
Claims of defective products and requests for replacements must be made to Saunastore, LLC within 14 days of delivery.
Returns and replacements can only be made for defective products and only after corrective actions have failed. Only merchandise of current standard design will be considered for return. Custom made sauna's and DIY kits can not be returned.
Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from all refunds.
