We will process all orders within 1-7 days from receipt. You are always welcome to contact us regarding the availability of merchandise or regarding the current status of your order. Shipping charges will be finalized in our order confirmation. All shipping charges on this website are only estimates. If the actual shipping cost is higher due to your location, then we reserve the right to waive the estimate and contact you with the actual shipping cost.

For standard model sauna's you will be charged 1/3 of the sauna price upon order and the remaining amount upon delivery. For custom built sauna's and DIY kits you will be charged the full amount upon ordering. For all other merchandise you will be charged the full amount upon ordering.

The Sauna's that are in-stock, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Sauna's that are not in-stock, the standard manufacturing time is about three weeks. The standard shipping method from Finland to the United States is by Sea for Northern Lights Sauna's and Finnman Sauna's. Please allow up to four weeks for this shipment method. The standard shipment method for Harvia Sauna and Polar Sauna is freight truck. Please allow up to two weeks for this shipment method. For an additional charge, we can ship the Sauna's from Finland by Air. This shipment method only takes about a week. Saunastore, LLC can not be held liable or responsible for any delays caused by U.S. Customs or other government agency.

Your shipping address must be accessible by a delivery truck. You must be present to take the delivery, and be prepared to carry out the off-loading process. The truck drivers are not responsible for off-loading but may offer their assistance. We follow fair business practices with our shipping rates and strive to make sure you are getting the best service and lowest rates possible.

All of our sauna's are built from commercially grown forest wood. We will not sell products made from endangered woods or illegal logging. As a sauna business we feel it is our responsibility to require the highest ethical standards from our manufacturers. Our customers can feel secure that our products have not harmed or destroyed our fragile nature.

Our products are made from the finest pieces of wood. Only pre-screened and selected pieces of wood are used to make the high quality sauna's that you expect us to deliver. Expert craftsman build our saunas by hand and use centuries of experience that sauna making has amassed to build products that meet strict quality guidelines.

We take pride in our products and only hope that you take the same amount of pride to enjoy a true piece of hand crafted art. With the industrialization and automation of the modern world, it is seldom that you can find products that have been made with the same love and attention to detail as our sauna's are.

All of our orders are inspected before shipment to ensure order accuracy and quality of products. Shipment carriers uphold strict quality guidelines in their delivery practices. Every effort will be made to deliver your sauna in untouched and undamaged shape. In the unlikely event of shipment damage, we will gladly ship you replacement pieces for items that are unusable.

Returns and Claims

You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. Since wooden parts cannot be warranted against wear and tear, the manufacturer's limited warranty only applies to the electrical heater.

Shortage claims must be made to Saunastore within 14 days of delivery.

You must read and follow the assembly instructions carefully, use proper tools and wear protective gear. All electrical connections and wirings must be made by a certified electrician or your warranty will be considered null and void.

In the unlikely event of shipping damage, you must obtain a written statement from the delivery truck driver explaining the extent of the damage. Report any shipping damages to Saunastore sales staff immediately but no later than 3 days from delivery and explain the extent of the damage. Please send digital pictures of the damage if possible.

We will be glad to send replacement parts free of charge for any pieces that have been documented to have received shipment damage which has made the parts unusable.

Requests for returns must be made to Saunastore, LLC within 14 days of delivery and by using this form.

Claims of defective products and requests for replacements must be made to Saunastore, LLC within 14 days of delivery.

Returns and replacements can only be made for defective products and only after corrective actions have failed. Only merchandise of current standard design will be considered for return. Custom made sauna's and DIY kits can not be returned.

Credits made for returns include only the cost of the merchandise and tax when applicable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from all refunds.
